1. Commercial Advertising Service

ONTOPSPOT is a digital advertising platform selling time-limited sponsored promotional placements. A purchase delivers promotional visibility for the agreed 24-hour cycle.

Non-Gaming Guarantee: ONTOPSPOT does not host wagers, bets, prize pools, user-to-user transfers, or financial speculation. All payments are strictly direct purchases of promotional placement services.

2. Meaning of #1 Spot

A '#1 Spot' signifies the advertiser's current paid promotional placement on ONTOPSPOT. It does not represent an independent quality certification, clinical ranking, government endorsement, or editorial review.

3. Advertiser Representations

The advertiser warrants that:

• They hold all rights and permissions for the submitted brand name, logo, and destination link.
• All copy is accurate and not intentionally misleading to consumers.
• The destination website does not distribute malware, phishing forms, or illicit goods.

4. Moderation & Takedowns

ONTOPSPOT reserves the right to suspend or remove any advertisement violating platform policies or statutory laws via our emergency takedown procedures.
